The Halstead Community Foundation (HCF), an affiliate of Central Kansas Community Foundation, began accepting applications for its 2018 Grant cycle on May 1st. All 501 (c) (3) charitable organizations serving the community of Halstead are encouraged to apply. The purpose of these grants is to invest in local service and community project/programs that focus on the enhancement of the Halstead community.
Director of HCF, Jalayna Carmichael stated that “due to the tremendous support of the community and the growth that we saw at the end of 2017 we are looking forward to a great grant cycle! We have a significantly larger amount to give out this year versus last, and as we continue to grow, so will our grant capabilities!”
The 2018 Halstead Community Foundation Grant cycle aims to support organizations with project/programs that directly impact the community of Halstead.
